Please note: Import files are exclusively for LCME Centre Representatives.

Step 1) Download your import file(s) - Summer 2025

There are different versions for practical and theory entries. Click to download the appropriate import file.

Step 2) Ready to submit?

Submit your files before the deadline (Summer session deadlines) and please only upload one import file per centre.

• England & Wales - Summer 2025 practical import file - Submit

• Rest of the World

  • The entry deadline for Summer 2025 (Practical) Rest of the World import file entries has now passed (closed on 30 April). 

  • If you have late entries or amendments to make, please email lcme.admin@uwl.ac.uk with the subject line: Summer Import File Submission_[Your Centre Name].

• Theory (Online & Written)

  • The entry deadline for Summer 2025 Theory exam import file entries has now passed (closed on 15 April). 

  • If you have late entries or amendments to make, please email lcme.admin@uwl.ac.uk with the subject line: Summer Import File Submission_[Your Centre Name].

• We cannot accept email submissions
